So real! Dealing with lots of this in many areas of life. Quit my business, quit friendships, relationships and more. I always hold on longer than necesarry but that might be part of it...grieving while its in our hands out of fear we might regret the decision.

One thing swept under the rug by the go with your gut and move on mindset...there is a type of personality, a big subset of the population, that frequently misreads situations, that feels the need to move on simply because they aren't getting a roadmap from their managers. It feels great to leave a bad place but if 10 years later you aren't better off and you realize you are prone to being a catastrophist in every situation ....that really hurts lol.
